Education That is Fit for Purpose in the Disruptive COVID-19 Environment

The COVID19 pandemic forced 90% of all communication and education initiatives into the virtual space, the industry has had to embrace a multitude of different approaches and formats to perform education, disseminate data and engage with our stakeholders. Ultimately, there was innovation and disruption, where medical affairs professionals and the entire healthcare community had to un-skill, re-skill, and upskill in digital storytelling and content delivery.

Much of the learnings have been included in several webinars organized by MAPs, but a workshop allowing participants across the industry to exchange in small groups their successes and failures would be a key contribution to a question not solved yet: what are the education/communication formats that work best for our stakeholders in the current environment?

There is probably not a right answer, but a combination of those. Therefore, the workshop would also tackle, using a case based approach, the orchestration of different formats into one combined educational/communication multichannel initiative.
