This workshop will discuss the developing field of digital Audience Amplification in scientific communications. The workshop will expand on content covered in the highly successful February 2021 webinar and discuss various areas of growing interest. Discussion topics will include contemporary publication planning, data visualizations, metrics capture, the role these new tools play in amplifying scientific exchange, as well as measuring impact. The workshop could be both on the main conference track as well as the MSL track. The mission of the workshop is to empower participants with a solid understanding of Audience Amplification and how it leads to improved scientific communication and exchange. Using didactic and case study formats, the workshop will delve into Publication Search Optimization and Enhanced Publication Content and how they can be used to improve the access and impact of scientific communications efforts. A faculty composed of industry professionals (e.g., Lilly, Janssen) and a solution provider (e.g., Omni-HC) will present an expert-led, first-rate workshop that defines best approaches for the attendees.
