This session will showcase an approach to activate the power of digital at a larger scale with a thoughtful strategy that connects the broad spectrum of Medical Affairs capabilities and maximizes the full potential of digital impact. We will also facilitate a “Shark Tank” style competition with the workshop participants on co-creating ground breaking concepts for realizing the full potential of digital for Medical Affairs. During the “Shark Tank” session, workshop participants will be divided into breakout teams and each group will develop one digital solution to pitch to sharks/judges. A specific framework will be provided to teams to make sure that they will capture the right information. Each idea will then be evaluated by sharks/judges based on novelty, potential Impact and presentation.
