Here, we will demonstrate how the content from these different materials can be synthesized to effectively and efficiently construct an iMC S/P. Participants will be able to engage in discussions and activities that highlight important steps in the development of the iMC S/P, as well as on how to address key challenges related to achieving consensus, prioritizing activities, and monitoring metrics. The workshop is designed to ensure sharing of best practices and cases studies and facilitate interaction with industry experts to allow participants to apply learnings to their situations. At the end of the workshop, attendees will have a better appreciation of the various considerations that form the basis of a robust, useful, and ultimately successful iMC S/P. Some experience in iMC S/P development is recommended but not required to benefit the most from this workshop.
