Workshop: Leveraging Cross-Industry’s Best in Digital to Accelerate Leadership in HCP Engagement

Almost all companies are undergoing a digital transformation process. The benefits of digital transformation are clear, from achieving efficiencies, to optimizing internal communication and improving external engagement. MA departments have multiple interconnecting activities, that leverage digital, including scientific data platforms, CRM, education portals and social media. While MA also has additional compliance restrictions beyond other departments, there are opportunities to learn, and integrate best practices, from other industries. This session will feature a presentation by Adam Powers, Global Head of Experience Design at HSBC, which examines how highly regulated industries, such as banking, are watching and integrating cross-industry best practices in their digital transformation journey. He, along with the expert panel, will provide their perspective on how to turn a digital vision into action, with practical, implementable advice for medical teams and their cross-functional partners.
